Fire Dogs
Fire dogs serve two purposes, they keep wood from coming in contact with the glass door, and they allow air to circulate underneath the wood for a better burn. Our fire dogs are individually hand-crafted in the USA. Sold as a set of 2 and are compatible with all High Valley stoves.

Catalyst Temperature Probe
A catalyst temperature probe takes the "guess-work" out of operating your catalyst-based stove. Catalysts should be heated to 500+ degrees prior to being engaged, and this temperature probe will show you the exact temperature of the catalysts. Probe measures 6.5" with a 1.5" dial and readings up to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit. Compatible with High Valley 2500 and 1500.
